We offer comprehensive tent rentals for events, including frame tents (10'x10' to 20'x50') and pole tents (30' to 60' widths). All tents use 13 oz flame-resistant vinyl with white, red/white, or blue/white stripe options. Our inventory accommodates events from small gatherings to large commercial operations, with delivery available across Arkansas and neighboring states.
Custom Awnings
Our custom awnings feature vinyl or canvas materials in various colors and stripe patterns. We provide frame replacement and cover manufacturing services with free estimates. While we don't repair existing awnings, our custom solutions include new frames and covers tailored to your specifications within a 50-mile radius of White Hall, AR.
Tent Sales
We sell new and used tents, including custom-manufactured options to your size and color preferences. Used tents come from our rental inventory when available. Delivery options cover Arkansas and surrounding states with mileage fees applying. Our tents meet commercial durability standards for long-term use or frequent events.
Table Rentals
Our rental tables measure 30"x96" (8ft) with beige plastic tops. We recommend disposable Kwik-Covers (available for additional fee) due to normal wear. Tables are available with tent rentals or separately, serving both chair-only and table-and-chair seating configurations for events of all sizes.
Chair Rentals
We provide beige folding plastic chairs with metal frames for event seating. Chairs accommodate 12-1,200 guests depending on tent size. While we don't offer white chairs or linens, our durable rental chairs work with all tent sizes from 10'x10' to 60'x300' configurations for weddings, parties, and commercial events.
