Kevin Latady, Principal and Designer

With extensive experience designing and renovating older and historic homes, Kevin brings a unique set of skills to the design table. His background as an artist, photographer, graphic artist, cabinet-maker, and finish carpenter has given him a deep understanding of the design and building process. Kevin's passion is to help clients create their dream homes while respecting the history and character of their homes.

Dan Daniel Staats, Associate Designer

Dan joined Latady Design in 2019, bringing with him a range of design software experience and experience as a draftsman and designer in various fields. His passion for buildings and detailed plans has led him to work on large commercial jobs, as well as residential projects. Dan's appreciation for craftsmanship and detailed carpentry was influenced by his experiences working with Amish builders and cabinet makers in Lancaster, PA.
