At Yochum Landscaping, we are proud to have been serving the Coeur d'Alene and surrounding areas since 2003. Our journey began with our founder, Chad Yochum, who started in the lawn care business in high school. After completing his studies at North Idaho College, Chad decided to start his business in Coeur d'Alene, acquiring his first machine in 2004 to begin installing landscapes in the area. Today, we are a family-owned business with Chad married to his wife Krissa, and they have three beautiful children: Addison, Tommy, and Lilly, along with their beloved pet, Ruby the German Shepherd. Our mission is to provide quality service in lawn care and landscape construction, specializing in a variety of services including lawn and tree care, irrigation, landscaping, hardscaping, water and lighting features, fertilizer and weed programs, spring cleanup, pest control, and more.
