Founded in 1981 by Gary and Linda Kahler, our business is built on the foundation of quality and customer satisfaction. Our Story

Gary and Linda Kahler started building custom homes in 1979. They moved to Midland in 1981 and quickly grew their business. Helen Bowden, who joined Kahler Homes in 2002, has continued the legacy of the Kahler's, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction. Helen's philosophy is to surround yourself with good people and prioritize the value of doing it right and doing the right thing.

• Protection: We offer a ten-year StrucSure warranty on our homes, giving you peace of mind and protection against any defects or issues.
• Location: We build in various locations throughout Midland, including Heritage Oaks, The Vineyard, Pavilion Park, and Country Sky. We also offer the option to build on your own lot or one of ours.
