Our Story
Our journey began when our founder and owner, Sean Nester, started framing houses during his summer breaks at the age of 14. He continued to gain hands-on experience by working for a custom home builder in Perrysburg until he left the area for college. After graduating from Ohio University in 2006, Sean took a corporate role for a year before realizing that his true calling was in the construction industry.
In 2007, Sean left his desk job to launch his own company, Sean Patrick Builders. With a passion for fine home building and a dedication to detail, Sean built his business on the principles of quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
