Unreliable Shipping and Customer Service Issues

The reviewer, Larissa Azevedo, shares her disappointing experience with the company's shipping and customer service. She ordered a chair on August 10th and was told by a customer service representative that her order would ship within 24 hours. However, she did not receive any shipping information despite being told that it would be available upon request.

Lack of Communication and Follow-through

Larissa had to follow up with Nicki in customer service, who promised to email her with a tracking number once the order shipped. However, she did not hear back from them for almost two weeks, prompting her to send another email and call customer service. Only then did she discover that her order had been delivered a week prior.
