Our Story

Belvedere Home Improvements Ltd. was founded by Eric Giordano from his Leaside home in the late 1960s. Eric's vision was to establish a home repair, improvement, and renovation company focused on customer satisfaction and built on repeat business. Over the past 50 years, we have proven our commitment to quality work, competitive prices, and after-sales support. Our founders, Eric and Charles Mallia, have been involved with the company for more than 50 years, and many of our long-term employees have been with us for 20 to 25 years, reflecting our organization's commitment to loyalty and teamwork.

Meet the Belvedere Team

Eric Giordano, our former president, founded Belvedere Home Improvements over 50 years ago and built a team of capable people around him. Unfortunately, Eric passed away peacefully on January 31, 2012. Charles Mallia, our current president, has been involved with Belvedere for more than 40 years. Maurice Gualtieri, our partner, has been with the company for over 38 years, and Donald Panzine, our other partner, has been with us for more than 20 years.
