Our homes feature Yoder Signature Cabinets, handcrafted by local Amish craftsmen, and are built with high-quality materials and attention to detail.

Our crew consists of experienced craftsmen who can work with you to design and build your dream home from scratch. We offer a range of custom home plans, from 1,500 to over 4,000 square feet, and can customize any of our plans to fit your needs.

Our Processes

• Floors: We install LVL girders, engineered I-joists, and steel shims for added support and stability.
• Termite Treatment: We use a non-toxic and eco-friendly borate termite treatment in all of our homes.
• Framing: We use Amish-framed stick-built construction for added strength and durability.
• Roofing: We use Ice and Water Shield for added weatherproofing and protection.
