We began as installers but have since expanded our services to include design and fabrication, based on the positive feedback we received from our customers. Our Process

At Perfect Countertops, we understand that getting the perfect countertop is not just about the end result, but also the process. That's why we have developed a comprehensive process that ensures our customers are involved every step of the way. Here's an overview of what you can expect:

1. Quote and Design Selection: Our process starts with a visit to our showroom in Pflugerville, where you'll meet with our experts. We'll take you through color and material options to find the right design for your space and budget. Our designers can find the right color match for your space, based on any paint swatches, carpet, tile, or other samples you bring with you. We can also provide color samples to take home to help you make your decision.

2. Ordering and Templating: Once you've determined the type of stone and colors that you're interested in, we will create an estimate of each option, so you can make an informed decision on how to proceed. We will also find the right distributor to get you the best price and quality for your selection, whether it is granite, engineered stone, or porcelain. After you've made your decision, we'll create an invoice and contract for you. From there, we'll create a digital template of the design based on measurements from the space.

3. Fabrication: We take the template measurements of your countertops to create a flawless custom-fit masterpiece. Our expert team will guide you through what to expect during this process.

4. Installation: Upon completion of fabrication, one of our team members will call to schedule an installation time and date. We will work to remove existing countertops and deal with plumbing and electrical work.
