Founded by Dathan Alexander, a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry, the company emerged from a deep understanding of the evolving needs of homeowners and businesses.

Dathan's journey began at a young age, working alongside his family in their air conditioning business in the Bay Area. He honed his skills working on complex Hi-Tech commercial systems, gaining invaluable experience in diverse HVAC environments. Seeking new challenges, he relocated to El Dorado County and collaborated with prominent commercial companies as a Project Manager and Lead Service Technician. This period exposed him to a broader spectrum of HVAC technologies and solidified his commitment to excellence.

In 2010, Dathan's interest in sustainability led him to explore the realm of solar power and energy efficiency evaluations. He witnessed firsthand the potential for advanced technology to significantly reduce energy consumption and operating costs.
