Our journey began in 1972 when Don Schmidt, guided by a passion for construction inherited from his father, earned his contractor's license. Specializing in residential building and remodeling, Don's dedication to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction quickly earned him a reputation as a reliable and skilled professional. In the 1980s, Don expanded his expertise to roofing, earning his Florida State Certified Roofing license and establishing Don Schmidt Contracting and Roofing, Inc. This marked a significant milestone, solidifying his commitment to providing comprehensive roofing services to the community.

Joining his father in the business, Don's son, Jared, continues to uphold the family tradition.
