Our Team

Led by President and CEO Todd, our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results. Todd has over three decades of experience in the construction industry, having worked on large-scale projects in California and Idaho. He is married with two kids and is an avid outdoor enthusiast.

Our Portfolio

Our portfolio features a range of projects, from simple tenant improvements to complex remodels and ground-up construction. We are proud to have worked on numerous projects for repeat clients, who value our commitment to quality, communication, and customer service. Some of our notable projects include the construction of Phase I of Waterhouse Row, a mixed-use development in Garden City, and the remodel of a historic building in downtown Boise.
