At P&H Construction, we began from the ground up, just like our work. Our foundation was built in 1979 by two long-time friends, Bill Pieniadz and John Heller, who bonded over their love for the community and the desire to provide reliable, professional, and superior quality workmanship to their hometown. Over the years, we have grown to become one of the most respected site contractors in the state of Connecticut, providing our customers with the best analysis and implementation of site-related tasks.

We hold the following licenses: P-7 Plumbing License, CT Hoisting Subsurface Septic Cleaners and Installers, Rhode Island Equipment Operator, CT Real Estate Agent, Water Treatment and Distribution Education Certificate, State of CT Major Contractor, New Construction Contractor, and Home Improvement Contractor.
