Since 1975, Landsite Development Inc. has been a leading landscape contractor in the Inland Northwest. Our company was founded by Fred Schultz, a lifelong resident of Spokane and Gonzaga Prep graduate. Fred is joined by his son Steve and sister Mari in the management of the company, making landscaping a family business.
