Meet the Executive Team

*Kenneth Lindner, Owner*: Ken is the driving force behind Red Carpet Remodeling's success. With a focus on client satisfaction, Ken is dedicated to ensuring that every client receives personalized attention and care. He is the main face of the company and can often be found at local home shows, festivals, and client installations. Ken entered the exterior remodeling industry in 1995 and earned his MBA from Towson State University in 1999. When he's not working, Ken enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, singing and dancing, and cheering on his favorite sports teams: the New York Mets, New York Jets, and the New York Knicks.

*Travis Basso, General Manager*: Travis wears many hats at Red Carpet Remodeling, from meeting with prospective clients to managing customer relations and identifying new opportunities for brand development. His entrepreneurial spirit, customer service experience, and grasp of marketing and graphic design make him an integral part of the team. Travis entered the remodeling industry in 2010 and earned his MBA from West Virginia University in 2010. In his free time, Travis enjoys soccer, corn hole, poker, and watching Game of Thrones. He is also a fan of the Washington Nationals, Washington Capitals, Washington Redskins, and the West Virginia Mountaineers.

*Don Lessner, Director of Marketing*: Don plays a vital role in shaping the public's perception and engagement with Red Carpet Remodeling. His meticulous nature and drive for greatness have helped strengthen the company's image and reputation. Don can often be found at local shows and presentations, showcasing the company's services and benefits. He entered the exterior remodeling industry in 2006 and earned his MBA from the School of Hard Knocks in 2000. Don enjoys playing golf, relaxing in his pool, and cheering on his favorite sports teams: the Washington Wizards, Dallas Cowboys, and the Washington Nationals. His favorite movies include Rocky and A Few Good Men.

*Chris Ramey, Bookkeeper*: Chris' high business acumen, grasp of finance, and great sense of humor have been instrumental in Red Carpet Remodeling's success. Chris entered the remodeling industry in 2005 and earned his MBA from Radford University in 1990. He and his wife of 21 years are raising two teenage daughters in Clifton, VA. Chris was a Fairfax County Fireman and EMT for over 10 years and is a dog lover. In his free time, Chris enjoys watching anything on the History Channel.

*Valerie Lessner, Follow Up Manager*: Valerie keeps the men at Red Carpet Remodeling in line and ensures that clients always feel informed and valued. As the follow up manager, she stays in contact with clients to build long-term relationships and address any questions or concerns. Valerie entered the remodeling industry in 2012 and raised her son, Don Lessner, in Alexandria, VA. She loves a nice glass of red wine after a long day and is a classic rock music aficionado. Her favorite TV show is Modern Family.
