Our Story

Meridian Construction Co., Inc. is a construction company with a rich history dating back to May 31, 1990. Since its inception, the company has completed over $350 Million of commercial construction projects as a general contractor or construction manager. Our team has had the privilege of working on a wide range of projects, including K-12 and secondary educational facilities, residential and multi-family housing, office buildings, tenant fit outs, restaurants, churches, healthcare facilities, LEED specified, and numerous other specialty commercial projects.

• 2005 NAHB Award for the LEED Silver certified Eastern Village Cohousing Condominium project

Meet Our President

Our President, Gerry Nowak, has been involved in the building industry for over 31 years. With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, Gerry has extensive experience in construction management, having worked for numerous construction firms prior to establishing Meridian Construction Co., Inc.
