How do I get a moving estimate?
Contact us for a free in-home estimate at least 30 days before your planned move date. Our consultant will assess your needs and provide a detailed quote.
What factors determine moving costs?
Local moves are priced by labor hours and packing needs. Long-distance moves depend on weight, distance, and packing level. International moves include additional logistics and documentation fees.
Can I pack items myself?
Yes, we'll provide box quantities and sizes needed. You may use our packing materials or your own, with guidance on proper packing techniques from our experts.
Are my belongings insured?
Full Value Protection coverage is available for all moves. We're fully insured and can provide additional insurance certificates for condominiums or commercial clients.
What payment methods do you accept?
We require a $500 deposit when booking. Final payment for local moves is processed after completion, while long-distance moves are paid one business day before delivery.
What if my new location has access restrictions?
If large trucks can't access your destination, we'll arrange shuttle service using smaller vehicles. This may add costs, which we'll discuss if access limitations are identified.
