Meet Chris Regis

Chris Regis, founder and owner of DOMANI Development, has been in the home building business for over 30 years. Growing up as the daughter of a home builder, she learned the trade at a young age and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science from the University of Denver in Business Administration - Real Estate and Construction Management. Chris is known for her attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and budgeting skills. Her clients rave about her ability to make the home building process stress-free and efficient. When she's not building dream homes, Chris enjoys playing tennis, hiking, and traveling the world. She resides in a custom home she built in Washington Park with her husband and their feisty Boston Terrier, Oscar.
