Dixie Plumbing Service, Inc. has been providing reliable plumbing contracting services to the commercial construction sector in the south Florida region for over fifty years. We are state licensed and work primarily in the tri-county area of Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. We specialize in automotive dealerships, hotels, restaurants, gas stations, commerce parks, office buildings, medical facilities, retail locations, and storage facilities.
Our History
Dixie Plumbing Service, Inc. was incorporated by Albert C. Korelishn, President & Owner on May 26, 1971. He received his Bachelor of Engineering from Lowell Technological Institute and proudly served as a Captain in the United States Air Force, where he served as a weather reconnaissance specialist and was ultimately stationed at the National Hurricane Center. Mr. Korelishn has directed the operations at Dixie Plumbing Service, Inc. continuously since the company's inception. Mr. Korelishn has been appointed to many advisory boards and industry committees during his many years as a plumbing Contractor.
Our Services
We offer a range of plumbing services, including ground rough, top out, and final stages of construction. Our "rough-in" crew is experienced in digging trenches and laying pipes to ensure efficient job progression and passing inspections regularly. We can run piping throughout a building, from PVC to soldering copper, and our final specialists bring everything together to complete the project.
Our Team
The Dixie Plumbing Service, Inc. organization consists of approximately forty employees in the field and office. We own and operate our fleet of twenty vehicles, six excavators, eleven scissor lifts, and a boom lift.

We have worked on numerous projects, including automotive dealerships, hotels, restaurants, gas stations, commerce parks, office buildings, medical facilities, retail locations, and storage facilities.
