About the Designer

As a lifelong plant enthusiast, I, Peter Evans, have always been fascinated by the intricacies of the natural world. Growing up in England, I was heavily influenced by my father's love of gardening and the British tradition of cultivating gardens. I went on to study Ornamental Horticulture and graduated with a B.S. in Plant Science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. I also completed studies in Landscape Architecture at the University of California, Irvine, Extension, and received my C-27 landscape contractors license in 1987.

I continue to expand my knowledge and skills through workshops, seminars, and continuing education courses, ensuring that my expertise remains current and comprehensive. My passion for horticulture and sustainable design drives my creative process, and I remain committed to creating outdoor spaces that not only delight the senses but also nurture the environment.
