Our History

Jim's journey in construction began humbly, building pole barns in the Peoria area to earn extra income while teaching. As his passion for construction grew, he decided to take the leap and start Hein Construction in partnership with his brother, Russ. Under their leadership, the company flourished, and they soon became a reputable General Contractor. After Russ' untimely passing in 1996, Jim took the reins and steered the company towards a more focused approach to self-performance.
