Our journey began as R&R Dumpsters in Weatherford, Texas, founded by two dedicated firefighters, Battalion Chief Richard Ward (ret.) and Captain Randy Wilson. Within just 18 months of opening, we had successfully grown our business to include 94 dumpsters in service, generating an impressive $700,000 in annual revenue. Our success was built on a simple principle: delivering as promised and earning the respect of our community.

In 2016, we met entrepreneur Mark Lucas, who was drawn to our concept and saw the potential for even greater success by combining our reliable service with the respect given to firefighters. Together, we launched Firefighter Dumpsters as a franchise, expanding our reach and impact.
