Our History

American Contracting and Management Services, Inc. was founded in Chicago, Illinois by Joe Orlando. Joe started his career 25 years ago as a maintenance mechanic for a large national property management company in Chicago and moved up the management chain to where he is today. With a strong background in maintenance and management, Joe knew that there was a need for a company that could provide high-quality construction and remodeling services to the multifamily and commercial property management industries.
