Our History
Founded in 2005 by Michael and Melinda Oedekoven, Asphalt Plus, Inc. (API) has grown to become a leading provider of construction services in Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Our company is certified as an 8(a) business, Montana and Wyoming DBE, Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB). We are also registered with the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating and Dun and Bradstreet.

Our Team
Our team is led by Melinda Oedekoven, Owner and Office Manager, who has 16 years of civil and building construction experience and 39 years of management experience. Our team also includes Tiffany Oedekoven, who has 16 years of civil and building construction experience and holds a degree in Biology and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
