Our History and Expertise

Perry M. Hoff, our founder, is a third-generation Florida builder. He received his Florida General Contractor license at the age of 20, making him one of the youngest to obtain this licensing in the state of Florida. Perry has a strong educational background, having received his Associate in Arts from Edison College and his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Florida Gulf Coast University. Throughout his studies, he worked full-time as a construction worker to gain hands-on experience.

Family Legacy

Our company's legacy spans over three generations, with Albert Perry Hoff bringing 35 years of experience to the family business. He began building in Charlotte County in 1972 and has passed down his passion for building to his son, Perry. With their combined knowledge and expertise, Perry Hoff Construction, Inc. has become a leader in quality construction.
