We do things a little differently at Derocher. Not only is the owner and key management personnel present during your initial consultations, but also every step along the way. Bill prides himself in being truly involved throughout the construction process, not simply managing the business. He visits his sites every week and speaks with the trades on the ground; he is familiar with every detail of your home from start to finish. In addition, you will receive a specific project manager involved in the daily progression of your project. Your project manager visits the site daily, keeps track of schedules and budgets, and familiarizes themselves with the specific details of your custom build.

Our team's top managers have been with us for 25, 14, and 12 years, respectively, allowing you peace of mind knowing we will construct your home with more care, attention to detail, and integrity. We have built four homes and have worked with many different contractors. If we had met Custom Homes by Derocher earlier, there would have only been one. Their creativity, attention to detail, and superb craftsmanship produced a beautiful, unique home for our family. 4. Construction Phase: With all permits in hand, we'll begin the construction phase. This is where we'll bring your custom design to life, using only the highest-quality materials and techniques.

5. Final Walk-Through: Once construction is complete, we'll schedule a final walk-through to ensure that every detail meets your expectations. Any necessary adjustments will be made at this time.

6. Move-In: After the final walk-through, you'll be able to move into your new custom home and start enjoying the fruits of your labor.
