Our Team

Our team consists of dedicated individuals who share a passion for delivering exceptional service. Rick Ryser, the owner and project manager, is dedicated to ensuring every project meets the highest standards. Lori Ryser, co-owner, handles administrative tasks and customer relations. Paul VanDyke, project manager and estimator, brings extensive knowledge in project planning and budgeting. Hannah Fish, our office manager, handles all accounting and administrative tasks. Jeff and Dane Ryser, our equipment operators, are skilled in operating heavy machinery. Jordan Shanagin, our maintenance and laborer, ensures that all equipment is in good working condition.
