What We Do

We offer a wide range of services, including licensed Gyp-Crete (Therma-Floor) dealer and installer, heating system installations and upgrades, plumbing for installations, upgrades, and more. Our Master Plumber and Journeyman Plumber have extensive experience in mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, with a focus on new and remodel construction projects. We cater to various industries such as Industrial Mines, Schools, Hospitals, Multi-Use Residential Facilities, Hotels, Office Buildings, Medical Facilities, Residential Retail Stores, and Restaurants.

Experience

John M. Perpar, our President, is a Master Plumber with over 20 years of professional experience. He attended Ft. Lewis College, Durango, CO, before joining Par Mechanical. Mark T. Perpar, our Vice President, is a Journeyman Plumber with 15 years of experience and serves as the project foreman for several western slope jobs. Their combined expertise and leadership ensure that every project is handled with precision and care.
