Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals who are passionate about their craft. Paul Milligan, our owner, head designer, and builder, has been in the cabinetry industry since 1987. He has worked with several companies, including Ecos Custom Interiors, Dayton Showcase, Allen Display, and Kemmerer Manufacturing, to name a few. His extensive experience in commercial and residential cabinetry has equipped him with the skills and knowledge necessary to create custom, high-quality cabinetry for your home.

Rachel Milligan, our designer, color specialist, and decorator, is also an integral part of our team. With her keen eye for detail and her ability to understand and interpret our clients' needs, she ensures that every project we undertake is both aesthetically pleasing and functional.

Our account manager, Ellen Yates, is a typical coffee advocate with over five years of experience in managing key customer accounts and campaigns. She ensures that our clients receive the best possible service throughout their entire experience with us.

Our History

Milligan Custom Cabinetry was founded in 1999 by Paul Milligan. Since then, we have been dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality custom cabinetry available. Over the years, we have built a reputation for excellence and have established ourselves as one of the leading cabinetry companies in the area.

In 2008 and 2009, the economic downturn affected many businesses, including ours. However, instead of giving up, we decided to invest in the Richmond market. We scraped together what little resources we had, borrowed money from family, and secured the opening booth at the Richmond Home & Garden Show in downtown Richmond, VA.

This decision marked a new beginning for Milligan Custom Cabinetry. The Richmond area welcomed us with open arms, and we have been thriving ever since. For the past eleven years, we have been committed to providing our clients with the best possible service and the highest quality custom cabinetry.
