Our Services

As a full-service concrete contractor, we offer a customized scope of work tailored to meet the unique needs of each project. This includes formwork-only services, as well as complete turnkey structures. Our capabilities are backed by a permanent staff of 300 salaried and approximately 1,800 hourly employees, ensuring that we have the resources to handle projects of all sizes. With individual projects exceeding $100 million, we have the financial stability to undertake virtually any sized project. Our experienced and knowledgeable team, including the majority of our executive management who have been with the company for 30 to 40 years, ensures consistent and reliable collaborations with seasoned professionals.

Safety

At Capform, safety is our primary focus. We plan safety into every project from the outset, exceeding OSHA standards. Our safety program includes extensive preconstruction meetings, Site Specific Safety Plans, and ongoing training for all workers. We maintain a best-in-class rating with insurance carriers due to our safety training centers, which offer hands-on demonstrations of shoring frames, column forms, horizontal lifelines, and ladders. Every foreman on site must attain the OSHA 30 Hour Card and current CPR training, ensuring that our safety standards are consistently met and exceeded.
