Poor Rental Experience with Rug Doctor
Lack of Cleanliness and Sanitization
The reviewer, Jamie S., had a disappointing experience with Rug Doctor, a carpet cleaning rental service. They rented a unit with an attachment on April 9, 2020, but encountered issues with the sprayer not working. After returning the unit the next day, they contacted customer service on April 11, 2020, and reported the problem, which resulted in a credit refund.
