With a background in physics and civil engineering, Rob ensures that every aspect of our process is tight and efficient. He is also our resident project manager and estimator, ensuring that every client receives personalized attention throughout the construction process.

Founder and Business Development

Pete Maruca, our Founder and Business Development expert, is a native of Princeton, New Jersey. With a degree in Art and Architectural History from Princeton University, Pete has spent years honing his craft in carpentry and remodeling. His passion lies not only in the technical aspects of construction but also in the experience and care he devotes to his clients. He is dedicated to creating long-lasting relationships built on trust, excellence, and a dash of humor.

Production Manager and Estimator

Matt Blank, our Production Manager and Estimator, is responsible for scheduling and ensuring that every project stays on track. With an associate's degree in Carpentry and Cabinetmaking from Johnson College, Matt has years of experience in the trades, working in all phases of production for various builders. His expertise in scheduling and coordination is invaluable to our clients.
