Our extensive range of services includes white boxing, hard demo, and dumpster rentals, covering every aspect of the demolition process. Our Services

We offer a wide range of services to cater to our clients' needs. Our demolition crews are trained in all facets of demolition, from concrete sawing and breaking to building wrecking. We also offer 1-yard to 40-yard dumpsters for rent through our partnership with California Waste Services. Additionally, we provide trained labor to accomplish any project, whether it's hauling, cleaning, protecting, or general labor. Our team is committed to providing exceptional service, quality, and value in demolition services.

Our History

Holbrook Construction, Inc. was established in 1985 by Larry Holbrook, our President and owner. With a modest team of only eight skilled individuals, Larry set out to revolutionize the demolition sector. Through unwavering dedication and a commitment to excellence, Holbrook swiftly gained a large client base and successfully expanded its operations in a matter of years. Now, after more than 37 years of growth and success, we proudly oversee five crews operating in the field, each equipped with the expertise to tackle diverse demolition projects.

Our Projects

At Holbrook, we take pride in our extensive portfolio of projects. From 250,000 square feet to 380,000 square feet, we have worked with numerous clients across various industries, including healthcare, retail, and more. Our projects include the BOYSENBERRY (300,000 SQFT), Kinetic Fitness (20,000 SQFT), Living Spaces (100,000 SQFT), Capital Group LA (35,000 SQFT), and Andruil (300,000 SQFT), among many others.
