What We Do

We are a merit shop contractor that offers a range of construction services, including preconstruction, general contracting, and construction management. Our experience and expertise enable us to deliver high-quality projects across a variety of sectors, including auto retail, multi-unit life science, education, nonprofit, medical, industrial, and hospitality.

Preconstruction

Preconstruction is where it all starts. We take the time to listen to our clients' needs and wants, ask the right questions, and offer creative solutions based on our collective experience. Our preconstruction services include conceptual estimating, design management and coordination, value engineering, entitlement and permitting, and procurement planning.

Construction Services

Once the preconstruction phase is complete, we move on to the construction phase. We are experienced in a range of construction methods, including design-build single-source contracts, guaranteed maximum price/shared savings contracts, open book not-to-exceed price, fixed-fee cost-plus-fee contracts, and lump-sum general contracts.
