Hopper Construction was founded in 1993 by Jeff and Kelly Hopper, who share a deep passion for building and design. With Jeff's background as a third-generation builder in Hillsborough, he has navigated the company through the construction of nearly two hundred projects, ranging from metropolitan day spas and retail buildings to residential homes and commercial structures. Kelly joined the company in 1996, bringing her expertise in office management and detailed accounting documentation to ensure seamless project coordination.
