Unsatisfactory Experience with Cascade Sprinkler System
Poor Customer Service and Unreliable Information
Angela Jones, a homeowner, shared her frustrating experience with Cascade Sprinkler System. Despite having receipts and installation papers from the company, they denied providing service to her property for over four years. However, the installation date on the paperwork contradicts their claim, showing that the sprinkler system was installed on July 6th, 2015.
Denied Service and Unhelpful Representatives
When Angela called Cascade in March 2021 to schedule an appointment, she was told she would have to wait until late May or June due to not being a current customer. Even more surprising, when she called again to get on their schedule, she was flatly refused an appointment. The representatives' unhelpful attitude and conflicting information left her feeling dissatisfied.
