Our History

With roots dating back to 1975, our company began as a tree service company, clearing and trimming trees. Over the years, we expanded our services to include tree spading and moving, and in 1990, we switched our focus to landscaping. Today, we continue to grow and evolve, staying at the forefront of the industry through our commitment to innovation and excellence.

Our Team

Our team of professionals is comprised of experienced landscape designers, installers, and maintenance specialists. Our team includes Dan Mulligan, Irrigation Manager; Tommy Mulligan, Project Manager; Derek Werner, Irrigation Service Manager; Andy Conrad, Production Manager; Peter Carr, Designer; and Lisa Nystuen, Office Manager. Design Process

Our design process is tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client. Our initial meeting involves a comprehensive discussion to outline your desires and needs for the project. Our professional designers will:

• Work with you to outline what you want and what will look best around your home and yard
• Determine the budget
• Take pictures and measurements of the area for the design
• Schedule a meeting within two weeks to present a preliminary design plan

During the design presentation meeting, our designer will:

• Present the final landscape plan
• Present the final estimate
• Answer any questions you have about the design, estimate, or installation process

Installation Process

Once a plan and proposal are agreed upon, a contract is signed, and turned over to our scheduling department where an anticipated start date is scheduled. Our professional landscaping crews will begin the work to beautify your home. We will finish the work in a timely manner and leave the jobsite as clean, or cleaner than we found it, every day, every time.

Plant & Shrub Care

Our plant and shrub care services are designed to maintain the health and beauty of your outdoor landscape. Our team provides tree and shrub care maintenance, sod care, and maintenance services to ensure that your outdoor space remains vibrant and well-maintained.
