Our Story

Our journey began in 1974 when Donald Koenke Sr. established All-Type Roofing in Ft. Lauderdale. After 30 plus successful years, Don retired, and the company's name retired with him. In 2019, his grandson, Steven Koenke, a 3rd generation roofer, proudly reestablished the company as All-Type Roofing Services Inc. Steven has been in the roofing industry for almost 10 years, and with his experience and the added 30+ years of experience from his team, he is highly qualified in both customer service and operations.

Meet the Team

Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. Our owner, Steven Koenke Jr., is a 3rd generation roofer born and raised in Florida. He has been in the roofing industry for almost 10 years, with a strong background in customer service and operations. Chris Carvelli, our Field Superintendent, is from Stuart, Fl., and is our right-hand man. He takes serious pride in his job and always shows up on time, getting the job done with our expectations in mind.
