Ray Harrelson - Owner/President

Ray founded Rayco Industrial, Inc. in 1998 with the goal of providing quality mechanical services to paper mills and chemical plants in the southeast. Over the years, he has gained extensive knowledge in the construction industry as a project manager, pipe welder, pipe fitter, and boilermaker.

Anne Wilkinson Reid - Payroll and Cost Tracking Manager

Among her many duties, Anne creates and processes payroll for the company, fills out employee HR forms, enters company purchase orders, and handles various other administrative tasks.

Dustin Creel - Project Manager

Dustin estimates projects, plans and designates resources, prepares budgets, and manages project schedules.

Heath Harrelson - Quality Control

With a vested interest in Rayco Industrial, Heath strives to ensure delivery of quality to each client.

James Pittman - Project Manager

James oversees projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and to the client's specifications.

Kevin Bush - EHS Manager
