Generations of Innovation

Our company's story begins with Bernie Dalsin and his brothers, who broke away from their father's roofing company to form Bernard L. Dalsin Roofing Company. They quickly gained a reputation for quality workmanship at a fair price, and soon they were working with leading Twin Cities property developers, general contractors, and private owners. As the company grew, Bernie's son, Dan, took over as president and successfully led the company until his retirement. In 2012, the company was sold to Tony Spigarelli, who brought with him over 30 years of commercial roofing experience. Tony added key team members from his past company, and BL Dalsin Roofing was officially established. In 2019, Tony passed the reins to Don House, the next generation of leadership at BL Dalsin Roofing.
