At Buffington Homes, we are fortunate to be acknowledged as a premier custom Home Builder and renovations expert on Kiawah Island and the Charleston, South Carolina communities. For 27 years, our family-owned and operated company has worked with Homeowners who trust us to build custom, luxury homes. The Team

Trevor Buffington, our owner, has a deep passion for construction, which began with his father's passion for building. He studied Business Management at the University of North Carolina Wilmington and Architecture at Arizona State University. Joanna, his wife and business partner, brings her expertise in construction administration and office management. Together, they have a strong commitment to their family and the community.
