Meet the Principal Architect

Thomas Baio, the founder and principal architect of Thomas Baio Architect PC, graduated from NYIT with a B-Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) in 1987. He founded the practice in 1991 and has been practicing in New Jersey as well as several other states ever since. Thomas is a member of the American Institute of Architect (AIA) and a trustee on the Millburn & Short Hills Historical Society. His work has been featured in many prominent publications and has received numerous professional distinctions. In 2019, Thomas was elected to the Mendham Township committee and currently serves as the Deputy mayor.
