Services
Termite Control
Our termite control specialists provide comprehensive protection against subterranean, drywood, and winged termites. We offer free annual inspections and pre-construction soil treatments that create lasting barriers against infestations. Our state-certified technicians use advanced detection methods to identify hidden damage and implement targeted treatments that protect structural integrity while minimizing environmental impact. With over 10 years of experience in Central Texas, we combine proven chemical barriers with ongoing monitoring systems to ensure long-term termite prevention for residential and commercial properties.
Bed Bug Removal
Our bed bug specialists utilize heat treatments and targeted chemical applications to eliminate infestations at all life stages. We conduct thorough inspections of mattresses, furniture, and wall voids to identify hiding spots, followed by multi-phase treatments that include follow-up visits to ensure complete eradication. Our technicians are trained in the latest bed bug behavior research and use non-invasive methods that allow immediate reoccupation of treated spaces. We provide detailed prevention guidance to help clients avoid future infestations in homes, hotels, and multi-unit buildings.
Rodent Control
Our rodent control program combines exclusion techniques with strategic trapping and baiting systems. Technicians identify entry points as small as 1/4 inch and implement permanent sealing solutions using steel wool, caulk, and metal mesh. We employ humane trapping methods where appropriate and use EPA-registered rodenticides in tamper-resistant stations for severe infestations. Our approach focuses on long-term prevention through habitat modification and exclusion rather than just population reduction, addressing both immediate infestations and future prevention needs for residential and commercial clients.
Attic Insulation
Our eco-friendly cellulose insulation contains natural pest deterrents that provide permanent protection against common arthropods. Installed using blown-in methods, this R-38 rated insulation creates a thermal barrier while preventing pest movement through attics. The recycled material (85% post-consumer content) offers superior soundproofing and energy efficiency compared to traditional fiberglass. The pest control additive remains effective indefinitely without degradation, targeting ants, roaches, and other crawling insects without affecting rodents. Installation includes comprehensive attic inspection and preparation for optimal performance.
Commercial Pest Control
We provide customized pest management solutions for commercial properties including restaurants, warehouses, and office buildings. Our IPM (Integrated Pest Management) approach combines regular inspections, exclusion techniques, and targeted treatments to maintain pest-free environments while meeting health code requirements. Services include quarterly treatments, detailed documentation for compliance, and emergency response protocols. Our technicians understand the unique needs of commercial clients and work after-hours to minimize business disruption, offering scalable solutions from single locations to multi-site property management.
