Microf was established in 2010 with a mission to provide simple and convenient purchase options for consumers, including those with challenged credit. Our goal is to restore the heating and cooling needs of every consumer with an affordable monthly payment. We achieve this goal through our strategic network of actively enrolled contractors. We continue to expand our lease purchase products to offer competitive payment, renewal, and cost-to-own solutions to customers across a broad credit spectrum.

Our Team

Our leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals who are dedicated to ensuring that our services meet the highest standards. Our CEO, Zenon Olbrys, is responsible for setting the overall direction and strategy for the company. John Wheeler, our CFO, oversees all financial matters, while Greg Jacobs, as our COO, manages the day-to-day operations. Charles Posey, our VP of IT, ensures that our technology infrastructure is secure and efficient. Lauren Futrell, VP of Growth and Partnerships, focuses on expanding our network of contractors and developing strategic partnerships. Manuel Perez, Head of Credit and Analytics, oversees our credit and analytics functions. Barb Yeskey, Senior Business Development Consultant, works closely with our contractors to identify new business opportunities. Philip Arnold, Director of Sales, leads our sales efforts, and Matt Schitea, Assistant Director of Operations, supports the operations team. William Beane and Cher Gaskins serve as Operations Managers, while Nissa Pirani is our Controller. Marvin Castillo is our Operations Assistant Manager, and Jeanine Tiplady and Roman Olbrys are Account Managers. Amanda Jones is our National Contractor Training Manager, and Chip Harden heads our Business Development efforts.

Our Services

We offer flexible payment options for homeowners through our lease purchase program. Our process is simple: homeowners apply, select their term length, and receive real-time alerts once their application is approved. Funding is deposited within 24-48 business hours, allowing homeowners to avoid large upfront payments and make monthly lease payments instead. We also offer early payoff discounts and the option to own the HVAC or water heater outright once all payments are received. Our services are designed to make home comfort more accessible and affordable for everyone.
