Our History
In 1974, Freddie Satterfield left his corporate job to chase the American Dream of owning his own business. He started an asphalt and concrete paving company in Durham, NC, with a vision to share his customers' goals and achieve success through every stage of the paving process. Over the years, the company grew, and Freddie partnered with his son Trent Satterfield to guide the company through its next stage of growth. In 2018, Freddie retired, and the company was sold to John Strenkowski, who is dedicated to building on the successful foundation established by the Satterfields.
