The Firm

ZPA is currently staffed with four design architectural professionals, all committed to providing exceptional architectural services to our clients. Our firm is led by Boleslaw Zenczak, A.I.A, a registered architect in both Oregon and Washington. With a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture Degree from the University of Oregon, Mr. Zenczak has been serving the Tacoma community for over four decades. He is an active member of the American Institute of Architects and has held various leadership positions in the community, including former president of the local chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

Our team also includes Rick Adams, LEED AP, an associate with ZPA. With a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from the University of California at Davis, Mr. Adams brings a wealth of experience in designing high-profile projects in the Monterey Peninsula area. He is certified by the U.S. Green Building Council as a LEED Accredited Professional and has contributed to several notable projects in the south Puget Sound area.
