Barefoot & Company

Founded in 1971 by Bob Barefoot & Company & Company, our company began as a window screen business and quickly adapted to challenges like the 1973 Energy Crisis by expanding into storm windows. Over five decades, we've grown into the Greater Charlotte Area's leading supplier of specialty building products while maintaining family values of integrity and community. Our team of experts provides premium windows, doors, bathroom accessories, and installation services to contractors, builders, and homeowners across North and South Carolina. With a legacy rooted in quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, we joined Builders FirstSource in 2019 to enhance our capabilities while preserving our family-oriented culture. Our 40+ years of experience in energy-efficient window solutions and custom product offerings demonstrate our commitment to innovation and excellence. We specialize in personalized design consultations for bathroom renovations, closet systems, and home improvement projects, ensuring every client receives tailored solutions.

Our partnerships with industry-leading brands like ThermaTru Doors and Moen allow us to deliver superior products that combine functionality with aesthetic appeal. We maintain rigorous quality standards through expert installation services performed by certified professionals. Community involvement remains central to our mission, evidenced by initiatives like Habitat for Humanity collaborations and international aid projects. Our longevity reflects Bob Barefoot & Company & Company's original vision of creating lasting value through trusted relationships and uncompromising service. Today, three generations of the Barefoot & Company & Company family continue this tradition, ensuring every project meets both performance expectations and design aspirations.
