Our History

Founded in 1998 by Gobel Newsome Jr., Kelsey Construction started as a small business with a focus on utility jobs. Over the years, we have grown steadily, expanding our services to include highway work, large commercial projects, and concrete division. Today, we are a multimillion-dollar civil contractor with 75 employees, a large fleet of heavy equipment, and state-of-the-art GPS laser grade control technology.

Storm & Sanitary Sewer: We are experts at building the foundation of every construction project, focusing on sewer and sanitation construction.
