Our Services

Since 1992, eciConstruction has provided general contracting, design-build, and construction management services. Our professionals have experience in various types of construction and have trained in the latest scheduling, accounting, and LEED certifications. We offer LEED-certified 'green' sustainable construction as an environmentally conscious alternative method. We can make your blueprint a reality, whether your project is a renovation, addition, or even a new project.

Our focus markets are senior living facilities, corporate offices, hotels, medical facilities, banking facilities, and retail stores. Additional primary segments are public and private education, college and universities, municipal facilities, warehouses, and other commercial and government buildings.

Our Team

Central Pennsylvania native Bill Eichelberger grew up surrounded by the construction industry and quickly learned the trade through the family business. Bill has been building for over 40 years and continues to build. Bill and his wife, Teresa, founded Eichelberger Construction, Inc. in February of 1992. The company, now known as eciGroup, has grown to be recognized as one of the premier construction and contracting organizations in the area. We have over 200 dedicated employees paying attention to client needs, and our clients' satisfaction is reflected in the enduring relationships we have built with customers.

Community Involvement

At eciConstruction, we believe in giving back to our community. We participate in various community involvement projects, such as career fairs and educational workshops, to help prepare students for future careers in the construction industry. Our headquarters is located at 124 W Church Street in Dillsburg, PA. The building has a rich history and has been a significant part of the community for many years. We are proud to call it our home and continue to serve the community from this location.
