He assesses the company's strategic direction in order to monitor performance of core competencies of construction services offered by Smith Design & Build Construction. Tina, our operations manager, ensures that our systems, procedures, and policies are properly implemented in accordance with the requirements of each project. She provides oversight by aiding coordination across projects activities to ensure completion meeting the owners objectives.
